Terms of service

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to use YamSites.
• Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• You're responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content

What you put into YamSites, and the sites made for you, are yours. You let us store it, process it, send it to the services named in our privacy policy, and publish it where you choose, only so we can run YamSites for you.

You need the rights to anything you upload or publish, such as photos, logos, and text.

AI-made content

Your sites' words, designs, and images are made by AI. They can be wrong, out of date, or similar to existing material. Check what's on your site before you publish it: you're responsible for what you publish.

What you can't do

Don't use YamSites to:

• Publish anything illegal, or that infringes others' rights.
• Pretend to be someone else, or trick people into giving you passwords, payment details, or other personal information.
• Spread malware, spam, or harassment.
• Collect information about people through your site's forms without telling them how you'll use it.
• Break into, overload, or interfere with YamSites, or get around its limits.

We may take down a site or suspend an account that breaks these rules.

Your own domain

You can connect a domain you own or control. Keeping it registered and its DNS records correct is up to you.

Plans and payment

The plans are on the Pricing page. Before you pay for a plan, you'll see its price and how it's billed.

Changes to YamSites

YamSites is new and changing quickly. We may add, change, or remove features, and change what the free plan includes.

Ending your account

You can stop using YamSites at any time, and ask us to delete your account by writing to yamsitesapp@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; when we reasonably can, we'll tell you first.

No guarantees

YamSites is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and your sites online, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Limit of our liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data, or lost business. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For a significant change, we'll also email you. If you keep using YamSites after a change, you accept the new terms.
